We then take a custom fibreglass cast of your head and match your colour, density, and parting preferences. Your bespoke system is handcrafted and installed using medical-grade adhesive for a seamless, natural look. From there, we provide ongoing maintenance and support to keep your system looking and feeling its best.
  • How long does a Signature Scalp system last?
    With proper care, systems can last 6–12 months or longer depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
  • Is the system itchy or hot to wear?
    Not at all! Our silicone base is breathable and designed for all-day comfort—even for sensitive scalps.
  • Can I style or colour my system?
    Yes! Signature systems use high-quality European hair and can be curled, straightened, or styled as desired.

  • Can I wear it every day? Even to the gym or swimming?
    Yes! Signature Scalp is designed for everyday life—showering, working out, holidays, swimming, and more. It’s secure, sweat-proof, and lifestyle-friendly.
  • Does it hurt or damage my natural hair?
    Not at all. There’s no mesh, sewing, braiding, or pulling involved. It’s applied with medical-grade adhesive that’s gentle on your scalp and bio hair, making it a safe and non-invasive solution.
  • What’s the maintenance routine like?
    Most clients come in every 3–4 weeks for removal, deep cleaning, reapplication, and styling. We also provide aftercare support, product guidance, and at-home tips to help you keep your system in top condition.
  • What if I have a sensitive scalp or a skin condition?
    We always assess scalp health during your consultation and can tailor your adhesive and care plan accordingly. We also offer water-based and hypoallergenic adhesives for sensitive clients.
  • How much does it cost?
    Signature Scalp is a premium, bespoke service with pricing based on system size, hair length, and density. Full pricing is discussed during your consultation once we know what type of system best suits your needs and lifestyle.
  • Do I need to book a consultation first?
    Yes—for bespoke colour, extensions, or hair loss solutions, a personalised consultation is essential. It allows us to assess your needs and create a plan that’s completely tailored to you. For maintenance services, a standard booking is just fine.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead for standard services, and 4–6 weeks ahead for extensions or full transformations. If your desired time isn’t available, join our waitlist—we’ll do our best to fit you in.
  • What if I need to reschedule?
    Life happens! We just ask for 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee to respect our team’s time and availability.
  • What should I expect at my first appointment?
    Warm welcomes, zero judgment, and expert hands. You’ll receive a full consultation, personalised care, and beautiful results—delivered with calm confidence and a cup of something lovely.
  • How do I know which service is right for me?

  • I’m dealing with hair thinning or loss. Can you help?

  • Are your extensions safe for fine or damaged hair?
    We use premium, ethically sourced hair and gentle techniques to ensure your natural hair stays safe, healthy, and stunning. If however your natural hair doesn’t have the weight to carry extensions - we have full coverage options creating the right density to match in with your hair.
  • What’s the difference between your colour work and other salons?
    We personalise everything—your tone, your maintenance level, and your hair health. Our colour is designed to enhance you, not overwhelm you. It’s wearable, dimensional, and always done with intention.
  • Do you offer gift vouchers?
