At The Gorgeous House of Hair, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and quality. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and while refunds for services are not standard practice, we do have guidelines in place to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know during your appointment or within 7 days of your visit. We’re happy to offer adjustments where appropriate to make things right.

We do not offer refunds for services once they have been performed.

However, if you are unhappy with the result, we offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment.

These adjustments must align with the original consultation and desired outcome.
Refunds For Products

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or digital record) is required.

We do not offer refunds on opened or used products unless they are faulty.
