Bookings & Appointments
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and stylist.
A deposit may be required for long appointments or new client bookings. You’ll be notified at the time of booking if this applies.
Cancellations & No Shows

Late Arrivals
We allow a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond this may result in an adjusted service or the appointment being rescheduled
We’ll always do our best to accommodate you—but we don’t want to rush your experience or anyone else’s.
Refunds & Reworks
We do not offer refunds for services once they have been performed.
If you're not fully happy with your result, we offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your appointment. These must be aligned with the original consultation.
Retail products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they are unopened and unused, with proof of purchase.
Client Conduct
We are a respectful, inclusive space. Discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
Medical & Health Considerations
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions when booking.
We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions when relevant information is not disclosed.
Retail Purchases
We only stock professional, salon-grade products.
We’re happy to guide you on which items will support your hair goals.
All returns must meet the refund conditions listed above.
Social Media & Before/After Photos
We love showcasing our work—but we’ll always ask for your permission before photographing or sharing any images of you.
If you’re camera-shy, just let us know. No pressure, ever.
